First we bring in a design or design your custom order on the computer.  We can bring in a picture, a design, logo, image, or your own artwork.  (Please do not send us copyright material, please show proof that you can use it, we are not responsible for copyright material).

Then we measure the product or material we are laser engraving, cutting or marking.  This is to make sure or design and the material is 1:1 (equal).  All designs are designed on the computer to the actual scale of the material.

Afterwards, we take the material or product and put it into the machine (the engraver).  Think of it as a huge printer!  We send it the engraver, as if we were "printing" it.  If something can be printed on regular paper from a printer, it can be engraved into a material or product.

Next you will see a sign that has been laser engraved into a piece of wood and then laser cut out.  The green shown is masking that is placed over the wood, so after it is removed ... it will give a more clean look when the sign is complete or this can give us the option of using a wood fill color.

The maximum size that we can laser engrave is 24" x 18", and no more than 11" in depth (height).

The maximum thickness the material can be to cut it - depends on the type of material.  Some material can't be cut be the laser.

An example of what we can cut is:

wood, paper, fabric, acrylic, corian, Avonite, Derlin Seals, Laserable Plastic, Leather, Mat board, Rubber & Rubber stamps

An example of items we can NOT laser cut:

Aluminum, Brass, Stainless Steel (or an other metal), Glass, Marble, Melamine, pieces of acrylic & wood that are larger than 3/8". 

★We prefer only online orders through our e-mail or website only.  This is for we can give you excellent service and provide you with a proof image (to make sure you can see your order and that it's exactly the way you want it).  Once you confirm your proof image, your custom order will now be ready to Laser engrave, cut or mark.

We will laser engrave, laser cut & laser mark items/material that is sent to us my mail from you.  If you do not package it well, we are not responsible for your items breaking (or damaged) while they are delivered through the mail.  We will send you an email upon arrival of your package.  If there is damage to it, we will notify you.

Items usually do not get shipped out until the proof image we send you has been confirmed (by you). 

Shipping can be set up for express mail, priority mail, first class mail, or through Fed Ex & UPS.

Items can be shipped within a day of ordering up to usually 6 weeks.  Depending on if we have to order certain items for your custom order.  We will let you know if we have your items in stock or not.

Proof images can be sent any where from with an hour up to 7 days.  Depending on if we are very busy with orders, it's a holiday, weekend, we are at an event, or on vacation.  However we will let you know if this is the case.  We usually set up an automatic reply email message indicating if we will not be able to get to your order in a reasonable amount of time.

If you need something shipped over night.  Please make sure we are able to do this before ordering.  We may not have your supplies on hand or we may not be able to ship it out right away (due to our location shipping times).

If we do charge by the hour (which is odd, but in some cases we may), our hourly rate is $40.

Usually we charge by the item.

We hardly charge for design time, unless you decide to not order with us and we have spent so much time on preparing & setting up your design.  Usually we require you to pay before we design anything.  If you do not pay you have the chance of being charged for an hourly rate.  Please avoid this, by paying first.

Another thing we do not do is charge for a setting up fee!  A lot of design companies charge any where from $20 and up to set up your design, if you don't use their standard designs.  We will not require you to do this.  We enjoy designing and working with you (and you can even send us your own design, at no extra charge).

Please know we are here to offer you affordable engraving.  If you have received or noticed a cheaper price from another company ... please inform us.  We may be able to beat there price.
