All fonts for your text can be found at
www.jabroo.com. They have around 20,000 fonts to choose from.
All you have to do is email us with the exact name of the font and we will
download it for your custom order.
You can place an order by emailing us at
info@LazersEdgeEngraving.com.
We will send you an invoice via email.
Usually 2-6 weeks depending on if we have the material on hand or not.
Some orders may even be shipped out the same or following day.
There may be many reasons your order hasn't been received yet.
- Please make sure you paid. Sometimes paypal doesn't always go
through, double check and send us an email.
- Confirm your proof image we send you.
- If you paid by a personal check, we usually wait 7-10 business days for
the check to clear.
- Lost in the mail. For one reason or another packages do get lost
in the mail, please let us know if you wish to put insurance on the package
before shipping it. If you place a large order, insurance will be
placed on your order automatically.
- Material for your order may not be in yet.
- Please make sure our emails are not going into your spam (junk mail)
folder.
- If you haven't heard from us, please keep emailing us.
- Send us another email address or email us from another email address.
- We try to get to orders right away if possible. Give us a few days
to process your order and make up your proof image(s).
